(Solved): Argumentative Essay : Female Genital Mutilation

This is an argumentative essay. My argument is Female Genital Mutilation is unsafe and damaging to women mental and physical health. The opposing argument is that Female Genital Mutilation is not necessarily safe but not dangerous, that it is tradition, and that it is safe enough o keep practicing. I wrote an essay for this already but my teacher said it was more of a research paper than and argumentative essay and that i needed to state a clear argument from both sides. I also cannot change my topic.
