When working with limited resources this tool is ideal because it prioritizes actions and enhances group decision-making.nnThe affinity diagram is reported to have been developed in the 1960s by Jiro Kawakita (Widjaja & Takahashi, 2016). On several occasions, our electronics such as the refrigerator have been damaged. We are constantly infested with bugs in the home. This problem has been going on for three years since we moved in. However, the problem was identified six months after moving in when we noticed that it was cold in the house during the summer.nnThe evidence of moisture is seen by the condensation on the windows. Mold has grown around the windows and is more visible in the area where the frame meets the wall. The walls and the ceilings are damaged. The wallpaper in some rooms is budged and in some rooms, the paint on the walls is cracked and slowly peeling off. The furniture has a musty smell. This is especially applicable to those that are closer to the walls. The kitchen cabinets are housing mold and have a musty smell as well. The wall behind the refrigerator is??????????..
